A legacy you can taste
Viraasat began the way most good things do — in a home kitchen, during a time when the world felt uncertain. What started as jars shared with neighbours became a small enterprise built on one refusal: never to trade the recipe for the shortcut.
Every sharbat is bottled without colour or preservative. Every sweet is set without refined sugar. And every batch is made by a team of women — including widows — who have found in this kitchen both a craft and an income of their own.
